The Huomenna dress is made of cotton poplin in the Pieni Melooni pattern, which is printed in Helsinki. The dress has a concealed zipper in the back seam, elbow-length sleeves, and topstitched side seam pockets. The hem has a slight A-line shape.

A large, laid-back pattern of stylized natural forms, Melooni (melon) is one of the many designs in Maija Isola’s output of the 1960s that superbly catch the spirit of the times.

The A-line Keho dress is made of viscose crepe in the Pieni Keidas pattern. The dress has a V-neck, a concealed zipper in the back seam, and a rounded hem with side panels. The long sleeves have wide cuffs at the sleeve ends.

Especially in the latter half of the 1960s, Annika Rimala drew inspiration from the youth culture of the time. Keidas (oasis) is very representative of the rhythmic patterns she designed in those years.

The Arkussiini dress in the Liito pattern is made of viscose crepe. The dress has a concealed button list with press buttons in the front and a bell-shaped hem. The sleeves have slits and buttons at the cuffs. Printed fabrics are random cut in order to avoid as much unnecessary waste as possible, making each product a unique piece.
Composed of flower and seed shapes torn from paper, the Liito (glide) pattern was inspired by Marimekko’s characteristic large and bold floral prints. The flowers bloom in celebration of Marimekko’s 70th anniversary, and the seeds represent the growth of bold Marimekko flowers in the years to come.
